Dr Whitney considered the physical development of my upper thorax and advised me to give my body time to heal itself of my sternoclavicular separation, then when I broke the distal tip of my clavicle on the other side, he encouraged me to do the same. Dr Warme and PA Caso concurred with his advice. Their advice was accurate and I recently returned to Brazilian Jiu-jitsu competition.
